James Chester Rhodes, Jr. was born on December 28, 1960 to James Chester Rhodes, Sr. and Claudia (McMinn) Rhodes in Graham. He went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in Wichita Falls, at 60 years of age.

James married Sherry Willis on January 1, 1986 in Jacksboro. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Jacksboro, and owned and operated Rhodes Tank Trucks Inc. since March 16, 1999. He will be greatly missed by those who loved and knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jamie Kay Johnson.

William Doyle Moore, Jr. was born May 17, 1933 in Jack County, to William Doyle Moore, Sr. and Cora Edna Hughes Moore. He and Carla Jeanette Owen were married May 25, 1956 in the home of his parents in Jack County. He left this earth May 18, 2021 at the age of 88 years and 1 day. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Jacksboro.

Elaine Love, 86, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 1, 2021 in Jermyn surrounded by her family.

Family burial services for Josephine Hess Kelsay, of Groveland, Jack County and Dallas were held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 3, 2021 at the Perrin Memorial Gardens, Perrin.

Clara Mae Frank, 90, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 in Jacksboro, Texas. She was born on September 29, 1930 in Jacksboro to Raymond Alfred Frank and Mary Lorena (Middlebrooks) Frank.
