Jack County Judge new chair of Nortex
Judge Keith Umphress of Jack County has been elected as the Chair of Nortex Regional Planning Commission for the next year. The Executive Committee of NRPC at its regular monthly Board meeting in September elected Judge Umphress to serve in this capacity for the Commission.
