Alan Bush

Alan Hayden Bush, 72, passed away Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018 in Fort Worth.

Alan was born in Arlington and graduated from Jacksboro High School in 1964. He continued his education graduating from The University of North Texas in 1969 with an accounting degree. Alan then pursued a career with Price Waterhouse in Fort Worth. He later became CEO of ICO, Inc., a oilfield service company in Odessa. During his time at ICO he took them to a publicly traded company.

Lucillia Angell Hamm

Lucillia Angell Hamm passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 in Bridgeport, Texas at the age of 93 years old. 

She was born April 17, 1924 in San Marcos, Texas. She was the daughter of Thomas Preston and Carrie Elizabeth (Richardson) Angell. She and the late Cecil Hamm were married April 8, 1944 in El Paso, Texas. 

Georgie Fae Jackson

Georgie Fae Jackson, 91, passed away December 8, 2017.

She was born in Clay County, Texas November 30, 1926 to George Elmer and Nina Georgia Kaltrider Fry. She married the late James L. Jackson June 7, 1947 in Jacksboro, Texas. Georgie Fae worked for 8 years at the Herald Publishing Company.

She was a charter member of Live Oak Baptist Church, past secretary of the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Faith Community Hospital Auxiliary. 

Alfred Kenneth Spradlin

Alfred Kenneth Spradlin, 79, a beloved, God-fearing, husband, father and true friend to many was called home to Heaven Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017. 

Alfred was born February 21, 1938 in Estrada, Oregon to Matthew and Grace (Baker) Spradlin. He married Barbara Jean Krueger. Alfred was an entrepreneur by profession and a member and Elder of Faith Lutheran Church in Graham, Texas. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Vancil, Mary, Bill and Betty. 

Wanda Lee Gunter

Wanda Lee Gunter, 87, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at her home.

Wanda was born August 30, 1930 in Bryson to Arnie and Winnie King. She married the love of her life R. C. Gunter July 5, 1949. They were happily married for 69 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sherry Knickerbocker; and daughter-in-law, Vickie Gunter

James Henry Ogle

James Henry Ogle, age 83, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017. 

Jame Henry Ogle was born December 17, 1933 in Jacksboro, TX to the late Dave and Ruby Ogle.  James and Glenda Rogers were married in January 25, 1959. James was a member of the US Navy, the American Legion, and the Southside Baptist Church in Olney.

James was preceded in death by his mother and father Dave and Ruby Ogle, brothers Cecil and Ray Ogle, sisters Rosie Stephens and Virgina Tullis.
