Bonnie Lee Turner Dodson

Bonnie Lee Turner Dodson, 96, of Mineral Wells Texas Nursing and Rehab passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017. She was born June 5, 1921 in Jack County, Texas. 

Bonnie was the daughter of the late Harvie and Eugenia (Gill) Turner and the wife of the late Linwood Dodson.

Bonnie worked in the Almond Sheds in California during World War II, the Box Factory, and MepCo-Electra in Mineral Wells, Texas and Mitchell RV Park in Perrin, Texas. Bonnie was a life long member of the Sparks Springs Second Advent Christian Church. She was a loving mother and a wonderful Christian.

Kelly Joe Fowler

Kelly Joe Fowler passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was 31 years old. 

He was born on December 26, 1985 in Graham, Texas to Casey Joe and Carrie Lee (Gardner) Fowler.

Kelly Joe attended Jacksboro High School and Calvary Christian Academy in Eufala, Oklahoma. He worked in the oilfield. Kelly Joe had a smile that could light up the room. He loved his family dearly and they loved him. He will be missed terribly.

Kelly Joe is preceded in death by his grandparents Charles Gardner, Bud and Connie Fowler and Keith Adams.

RosaLee Moore

RosaLee Moore, of Grand Prairie, Texas, passed away on Wednesday July 5, 2017 in Willow Park, Texas. She was 92 years old.

She was born on November 30, 1924 to Floyd Charles and Susie H. (Coats) Crismore in Jacksboro, Texas.

Rosie grew up in and graduated from high school in Jacksboro, Texas. She was a teller for First National Bank in Jacksboro for 20 years and was a member of First Baptist Church. She married John Major Moore on February 8, 1941. RosaLee was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She will be missed dearly.

Noah Russell Allen Adams

A beautiful baby boy, Noah Russell Allen Adams, was born on Thursday, May 11, 2017 to Stephen Russell and Tabitha Marie (Shindeldecker) Adams in Jacksboro, Texas. He went to be with Jesus Monday, June 26, 2017. He was greeted there by his great-grandfather Glen Gayheart, grandfather Clay Russell Adams, and many other family members.

Watt Delford Tucker

Watt Delford Tucker, 79, of Perrin, Texas, passed away Sunday June 25, 2017 in Fort Worth, Texas.

He was born April 6, 1938 in Mineral Wells, Texas.

Watt was a lifelong resident of Perrin; his passions included racing, mechanic work, farming and his family. He also served on the Perrin school board for several years. He knew the importance of education and always encouraged his children and grandchildren to get an education. He was so proud of his grandchildren; he beamed when he talked about them and to them.

Laura Beth Campsey

Laura Beth Campsey, of Jacksboro, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was 86 years old. She was born on August 3, 1930 to Claude Sylvester and Essie Opal (Christian) Gregg in Jacksboro.

Laura Beth married Guinn Ware Campsey on February 11, 1949 in Jacksboro. They made their home here and were very active in the community. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and owner of The Gallery for years. Laura Beth, most of all, was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed.
