Bobbie Gene Ramzy, 87, passed away December 4, 2017 at his home in Jack County. 

Mr. Ramzy was born April 26, 1930 in Jacksboro, Texas. He retired from General Motors and lived in Jack County most of his life.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ramzy; sons, Bobbie Gene Ramzy, Jr and wife Marilyn, Kerry Dayle Poole and wife Velda, Michael Edward Ramzy, Kenny Merrell Poole, Kelley Earell Poole, Keven Leon Poole and wife Dee; daughters, Patricia Mae Ramzy, Theresa Gay Brooks and husband Danny and Christie Gayle Poole; sister, Vera Ladean Dozier 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Andrew Ramzy, two brothers, J.R. Ramzy and John D. Ramzy and three sisters, Thelma Hickerson, Oleta Sartain and Gladys Kramer.

A graveside service will be held at noon Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Cottonwood Cemetery near Bryson. Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home.
