Laura Elaine (Hale) Johnson was born Oct. 1, 1951 in Jacksboro. She was the daughter of Billy Nuel Hale Sr. and Patsy Sue (Bailey) Hale. Elaine married Jerry Wayne Johnson on Sept. 28, 1968 in Jacksboro.
She loved arts and crafts, camping, fishing and sewing. Elaine was not only a mother to her 3 children, Ashley, Jerry Wayne, and Erik, she was a mother to many. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
A graveside service was held Friday, Oct. 16 at Truce Cemetery.
Elaine is preceded in death by her parents.

Sarah Lee Rumage was born Sarah Lee Falkinburg on Dec. 16, 1932 to Ernest Joseph Falkinburg and Willah Wave Marvin. She was the youngest sister to her siblings, Adah Grace Falkinburg McCoy, Edward Falkinburg, Robert Falkinburg, and Joan Falkinburg Swaney. Sarah married the love of her life, Claude McCalister Rumage, Jr. on Nov. 10, 1952. They were happily married until Junior’s death in 2008.

Jennifer Jeanette Nichols Gasca, 47, of Brock, passed away Friday, Sept. 25 after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born February 2, 1973 in Wichita Falls to Joe Paul Nichols Sr. and Carolyn Martin Nichols.

Neely Warren Tipton (88) came into the world on Oct. 19, 1931, to Ralph and Leota Tipton in Crafton. He passed peacefully, holding the hand of his loving wife, Lucille, on Sept. 3, in Cundiff.
Arthur Lee Laake Jr. was born Dec. 17, 1961 in Vernon to Arthur Lee Laake Sr. and Sharon Lee Jay. He passed from this life Tuesday, Sept. 1 at the age of 58 years, 8 months and 15 days.
