Homer Leon Welch, 86, was born on April 1, 1934 to Harley and Lizzie (Mayo) Welch in Lake Providence, La. He passed away on Monday, Jan. 25, 2021 in Arlington, Texas.
Michael Leslie Jump, born April 27, 1961 left this world on Jan. 28, 2021.
Pascal Lee Gwaltney, a.k.a. Pack or Packie, went to his heavenly home on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2021 at the age of 87.
Kathleen P. Crain passed away on Jan. 26, 2021 in Fort Worth. She was 92.
Howard Miles Cole, 87, passed away Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 31 at First United Methodist Church in Jacksboro. A private burial will take place prior to the memorial service.
Garland Hadley, born Mach 27, 1953, left this world on Jan. 12, 2021 to be with the Lord.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Robert Hadley, his mother Laura Lou Hadley, his sister Nesha Hadley and his nephew Style Hadley Perdue.
Garland is survived by his children Tyson Hadley, his daughter Nece Hadley and his grandchildren Aubrianna, Jaxon and Tessa.
Cecil Dudley Sparkman, 81, of Post Oak, died on Friday, Jan. 8, 2021.
Memorial Services were 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Henrietta with Rev. Dan Sparkman, Rev. Keith Laude and B.D Wynn officiating. Cecil will be laid to rest at Post Oak Cemetery in Post Oak.
Dennis “Pete” Peterson, 74, of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away on January 13, 2021 in Wichita Falls.
Graveside services were held 2 p.m. on Monday Jan. 18 in Oakwood Cemetery in Jacksboro. Open viewing was all day Sunday Jan. 17 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home in Wichita Falls.
Edna Ruth Hickey Allison was born on September 11, 1936 to Yvonne Hickey. Although she attended school in various locations, Edna received her diploma from Atlanta Rural High School in Atlanta, Kansas where she graduated as the valedictorian of her class in 1954. After high school, Edna gained employment at a law firm in Amarillo, Texas where she met the love of her life, Clyde G. “Buddy” Allison. They were soon married and they had four children; Foy, Clay, David, and Vicki.
