Softball falls to Paradise, 3-1

PARADISE – In a game with first place in District 8-3A on the line, it wasn’t too surprising on who would get the start in the pitching circle for Jacksboro.

Senior Hanah Drennan, who came on in relief in the first meeting with Paradise and struck out seven of the nine batters she faced, got the nod last Friday and responded in kind. Drennan allowed just one run on two hits over the first four innings to keep her teammates in the fray with the district leaders.
