Jacksboro’s cross country teams opened their season Saturday, Aug. 26 at the Boyd Invitational. Coach Steve Hooten said every high school girl ran a faster time on the course than they ever have. Out of 16 runners that have run the course previously, 15 ran better times. The varsity girls…
