Perrin falls to Nocona

PERRIN – Any coach will tell you no one gets better playing weaker teams.

Perrin stepped up Sept. 23, hosting Class 3A Nocona and gave what they had vs. the Indians but the visitors had too much in the tank getting out to a 17-0 lead en route to a 37-14 win over the Pirates.

It was Perrin’s second consecutive loss to drop the team to 3-2 heading into district play at Ranger Oct. 7.
