JMS 7 girls hoopsters compete

Jacksboro Middle School’s 7th grade girls basketball squads split with visiting Bowie during the Tigerettes’ home opener Nov, 28.

The ‘A’  posted a 25-12 victory. Bowie led 6-2 after one but a 9-0 Tigerette run in the second gave the Purple an 11-6 lead. Jacksboro then outscored the Lady Rabbits 8-4 in the third and 6-2 in the fourth to take the win.

Teagan Reynolds and Traci Berend each had six points to pace the Purple.
