Bryson wins at home, falls on road
BRYSON – The Cowboys appear in the thick of the playoff hunt after a big win to close the first round of district play Friday evening.
Bryson came out with a 41-31 win over visiting Paint Creek. The visitors led 8-7 after one before Bryson outscored the visitores 12-7 in the second for a 19-15 lead at the half.
Bryson’s defense allowed just four points while scoring 10 for a 31-19 advantage heading into the fourth.
Paul Davidson notched a double double with 19 points and 16 rebounds. Braden Houser was also in double figures with 10 points.
