Through the first two games Saturday, Jacksboro played solid volleyball and ;was able to beat visiting Bowie convincingly.

When all was said and done, the Lady Rabbits pulled away and posted a 16-25, 20-25 25- 21, 25-12, 15-7 victory to drop Jacksaboro to 1-3 for the District 7-3A ledger.

A pair of Hadlee Richardson tallies gave Jacksboro a 4-3 in the opener. Two more pairs from Kylie Tullous and Teagan Reynolds, with some help from a Holman dink, helped the hostesses out to an 11-6 lead.

A trio by Lilli Gonzales extended the lead to 15-9. Richardson and Tullous then finished the job with trios of their own duo finish the game off.

Tried at three in game two, Makenna McAnear put hem a kill to break serve and then had Reynolds go up three. The squads were knotted at 18 before Bowie began to pull away, Gonzales would bring the Tigers within 20-2 but it wasn’t to be. McAnear broke serve at 21-24 but the squad fell short.

Bowie fell behind 4-0 in game four and never let the foot off the gas to set up game .Single serving points from Tullous were the only points.

Harlee Richardson’s single point put the Tigerettes up 2-1 in the nightcap.Reynolds knotted the game at five but that would do it for the Tigerettes.
