Bryson VB players named to All-District

BRYSON – After a season that ended in the State semifinals, Bryson had several members named to the All-District 10-A volleyball team announced Thursday morning.

Senior Sydney Davidson was Overall MVP with classmate Maddee Moore named Co-Defensive MVP. Freshman Windsor Godfrey was newcomer of the year.

First-team all-district picks were Kyla Jones, Alyssa Perez, Kayleigh Pippin, and Brinkley Richardson. Hayle Leatherwood and Hannah Robinson were second-team selections with Victoria Goodman and honorable mention pick.

Third-year mentor Chelsea Kincaid was named Coach of the Year. Academic All-District picks, which mean no grade below 90 in any class include Godfrey, Jones, Perez, Richardson, Davidson, Leatherwood, Moore, Italy Pedraza, Pippin, and Robinson.
