All- District 7-3A accolades given

After a tie for the 7-3A regular season championship, Jacksboro’s girls' basketballers took away plenty of hardware as the All-District 7-3A teams were announced earlier today.

Junior post Baylee Thompson was Overall MVP with senior teammate Jordan Nichols named Defensive MVP of the district. Senior Leah Plaster capped her four-year career as a starter with a first team all-district nod. Junior Morgyn Green and sophomore Hadlee Richardson were both honorable mention selections.

The Tigerettes ended their season in the area round for the third straight year.
