Tammie Leann Gaston, age 58, passed away at her home on Thursday, Aug. 25, in Jacksboro. She was born Oct. 20, 1963, in Seymour, to Elmer Lee Richardson and Thena Mae (Crawford) Richardson.

Funeral Services were held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, at Legacy Church in Springtown. Burial followed at 3 p.m. at Cottonwood Cemetery in Bryson.

Tammie graduated high school from Iowa Park. She later married Joe Craig Gaston on July 6, 1993, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Tammie was a member of the Legacy Church in Springtown and loved being Nana most of all.

She will truly be missed by her family and friends. Tammie is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jimmie Lee Richardson.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Craig Gaston of Jacksboro; brothers, Tracy Richardson and wife Becky of Bryson, and John Braddock and wife Ruth of Benbrook.

Tammie was a beloved aunt to Lance Richardson, Kori Richardson, Bayley Richardson, and Brinkley Richardson. Tammie was also a beloved Nana to Kolby and Spencer Copeland.
