Steve Diden was born June 24, 1948 in Dallas, Texas. He passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2019 in Jacksboro, Texas at the age of 71 years old. 

He was the son of David and Naomi Sally (George) Diden. Steve married Sharon Murphey May 24, 1969 in Silsbee, Texas, they recently celebrated 50 years of marriage. He worked as an Area Foreman for Arco Pipeline. Steve proudly served our nation in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Jacksboro, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Diden and brother, David “Butch” Diden. He survived today by his wife, Sharon; his mother, Sally Diden; daughter, Courtney Diden all of Jacksboro; son, Chad Diden and wife Stephanie of Leander, Texas and 6 grandchildren, Jospeh Pizana; Jesse Pizana; Jesse Pizana; Eric Pizana; Abigail Pizana and Kenneka and Ava Diden.
