Ronald “Ronnie” Crowley was born Sept. 1, 1952 in Jacksboro, to Raymond Edward Crowley and Shirley Christine (Bodey) Crowley. He passed away Sunday, Nov. 21, in Wichita Falls. He was 69 years old.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 29, at Christian Missions in Jacksboro. Burial followed at Lynn Creek Cemetery.

Ronnie was an Antelope School graduate and worked as a general contractor most of his life. He was a member of the Christian Missions Church. Ronnie’s joy in life was being with his grandchildren. He looked forward to every one of their visits. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Rodney Crowley; sister, Debra Baker; and second mom, Effie Mae Gary.

He is survived today by his children James Crowley and Jon Crowley and wife Shannon; siblings Connie Eason, Donnie Crowley and wife Sarah, Preston Workman, Christalla Workman, Christina Armstrong; grandchildren Noah, Zaine, Kaitlyn, Danielle, Jessie, Liam, Adam, Aiden, Jacob, Madison, Audree, Aeryn, Bryce, Sarah, and Renee; close friends Stephanie Wyatt and husband, Thomas and Gil Culwell; along with many other extended family members and friends.
