Roberta Joy Leatherwood was born Sept. 30, 1937 in Perrin to Roe and Lois (Beckham) Creagar. She married the Late Willis Leatherwood April 25,1956 in the Mountain Home Community in Jack County. Roberta was a Nurse’s Aide for the Jacksboro Nursing Home and member of Mountain Home Missionary Baptist Church.

She passed away Sunday, Nov. 29, 2020 in Jacksboro at the age of 83 years old.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sister, Ola Jean Ray; brother, Bobby

Creagar and grandsons Curtis Nail and Brent Nail.

Roberta is survived today by her children, Anna Nail and husband Stephen; Robert Leatherwood

and wife Brenda; grandchildren, Bryce Nail and wife Amanda; Hayle Leatherwood; Josh

Leatherwood; Brianna Leatherwood; Missy Farley; Tim Coufal; Christy Gilbreath; Sonny Mote;

Tawana Cosper and Crystal Mote; great grandchildren, Hadley J. Nail and 1 to be, Henley Nail.

Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 1, 2020 at Coker Funeral Home. Burial followed at

Mountain Home Cemetery.
