Novella Delcambre, 86, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 25, 2020 in Rockport. There was a Graveside Service at Oakwood Cemetery in Jacksboro on Saturday, May 30, at 11  a.m.

Novella was born on Nov. 13, 1933 in Archer City, to Harry Tillman and Maggie Correne Ivy (Norman). Novella married Carl McAnear on May 24, 2015. She was also a member of Christian Missions Church. 

Novella is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; brother, Jackie Joe Ivy; sisters, Jancie Lee Landry, Janice Marie Oney, Nancy Janell Ivy, Alois Kay Kocks, and Cora Mae Woolen. 

Those left behind to cherish her memory are son, Howard Shifflett and wife Glenda of Snyder; daughters, Linda Cox and husband Ernest of Willow, AK., Donna Stotts and husband Chuck of Rockport, and Susan Poncelow and husband Don of Firestone, Colo.; step son Wayne McAnear of Jacksboro; step daughter Carla Swan and husband Roy of Jacksboro; 8 grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren; sisters Inez Jones and Faye Fleming.
