Misty Renee Sparks, 46, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 24. A memorial service will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, at the Best Western in Mineral Wells. All friends are welcome.

Misty will be greatly missed. She is survived by her parents, Johnny Sparks and Katherine Warner; her three children, Katherine Sparks, Johnathan Jernnigan, andTennieWhitehead; six grandchildren, Scarlett, Braylon, Kyliegh, Jackson, Karley, and Marley; four brothers, John S. Sparks, Joseph Sparks, Aaron Sparks, and Daniel Sparks; sister, Jennifer Sparks; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Paul Whitehead.
