Mildred “Mickey” Billingsley, 88, passed away Dec. 16, 2020 in Iowa Park, Texas.

A visitation took place at Coker Funeral Home on Monday, Dec. 21 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. with a Graveside Service that followed at 1 p.m. at Shannon Cemetery.

Mildred was born on Jan. 15, 1932 in Horatio, Arkansas to Emmit P. Casteel and Millie (Chenault) Casteel. She married the love of her life, James Billingsley on Sept. 4, 1948. Mildred worked as a Home Health Aide for Faith Community for over 12 years. During her free time, she loved to quilt and be outdoors fishing. But her biggest love was spending time with her grandkids.

Mildred is preceded in death by her husband James; parents Emmit and Millie; son Jimmy Billingsley; brothers, Paul Casteel, Ed Casteel, David Casteel, and Lowell Casteel; sisters, Tori Casteel, Mayley Casteel, and Lois Fenton.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are children, Pat Raby, Janet Sullivan and husband Gary, Randy Billingsley and wife Cindy, Andy Billingsley and wife Melissa; along with nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21 at Shannon Cemetery.
