June 19.1937 – Jan. 31, 2023

Donna Weir Bristow, of Denton, sadly left us Tuesday, Jan. 31, at the age of 85.

She was born Donna Jackson in 1937 as the first-born daughter of Ruben and Vera Jackson in Jacksboro.

She survived her parents; her three sisters, Glenda, LaRita and Sherry Jackson; as well as her two husbands, Lawrence Weir and Don Bristow; and great granddaughter, Sutton Melancon.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Davis and husband Gary; her son, Danny Weir and wife Carrie; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held in her honor at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at Live Oak Baptist Church, 1014 Wichita Ave. in Jacksboro.
