Kelly Joe Fowler age 31, died Sunday in Fort Worth, Texas. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2017. A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Jacksboro with burial to follow in Los Creek Cemetery.
