Danny Lewis Kirk passed away Wedneday, November 2, 2016 at his home in Jacksboro at the age of 62 years. 

He was born December 3, 1953 to Herschell Lewis and Sally Mae (Halman) Kirk in Wichita Falls, Texas. 

Danny worked as a driller in the oil field and attended Christian Missions Church in Jacksboro. 

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include children Brandy Kirk of Jacksboro, Ashley Borjon and Rolando of Mineral Wells, Daniel Kirk and Sadie of Jacksboro; Bambi Kirk and fiance’ Jeremy Folly of Paradise; sister, Sherita Forbus and Freddy of Graham; grandchildren Michael, Gabriel, Alexa, Braxton, LeeAnn, Waylon, Brianna, Lindsey and Kinsey; also his companion, his dog Toby.

A funeral service was held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 5 at Coker Funeral Home Chapel.
