Betty Redding passed away Monday, December 20,2017 in Jacksboro,Texas. 

Betty was born March 20, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas. She was the daughter of Emery Eugene and Dorothy Elizabeth (Zimmerman) Hummel. Betty would marry Louis Redding in Weatherford, Texas and would build a life together and make many friends along the way for the next 50 years. 

She was not only a homemaker, but also worked outside the home in various places, The Gallery Florist, City Drug Store and the Jack County Courthouse in the tax assessors office. She will be missed by everyone who knew her and loved her. 

She is survived today by her husband, Louis Redding; children, Calvin Noel Redding and his wife Krissy; Jack Dewain Redding and his wife Rhonda, Brad Redding, Celeste Rodriguez; stepdaughter, Cynthia Landerberger; and her grandchildren, Ryder Chayse Redding, Colton Redding and Aaron Redding.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Bible Baptist Church in Jacksboro, Texas.
