Jacksboro Police Chief Scott Haynes submitted his resignation Tuesday, Sept. 12 after seven years in the city. City Manager Mike Smith said on social media that he had accepted the resignation. Haynes’ last official day with the city will be Jan. 2, 2024 which could change based on potential job…
