FSB elects new board officers

Jay Gober, Chairman of the Board of First State Bank, announced earlier this month Bob Maddox and David Crombie have been elected to serve on the bank’s Board of Directors.

Maddox is a longtime resident of Jacksboro and the owner of Maddox Realty, as well as being involved in oil production and cattle ranching. Crombie is a Jacksboro native who serves as the Executive Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer with Nine Energy Service as well as being involved in various other business operations.
