Bumpas retiring from JNB

After 35 years of service, Bryan Bumpas will retire from Jacksboro National Bank. His last day will be Friday, Dec. 30, but he plans to stay on board as an outside director of the bank.

A retirement reception will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22 in the lobby at JNB, located at 910 North Main St.

Bumpas was hired Nov. 2, 1987 at JNB as the Vice President and Loan Officer. In his time at JNB, he also served as Senior Vice President and Executive President/ Chief Lending Officer, before he was promoted to bank President in 2019.
