It has been a wonderful 2020 for Brynn Pardue.

The JHS sophomore was part of the Jacksboro cheerleading squad which won the Class 3A UIL State Spirit Championship in January. Things got even better on an individual level for Pardue last week when she was named 1A-4A Cheerleader of the Year by the Texas Girls Coaches Association.

The award came as quite a shock to Pardue, who has been a cheerleader since the fourth grade.
