Jacksboro moves into Tigerette Classic semifinals with win over Henrietta JV
Alex Holman fired her second no-hitter of the Tigerette Classic to help Jacksboro move into the semifinals of the tournament with a 5-0, four-inning victory Friday over Henrietta’s JV.
The junior hurler struck out nine and allowed just one walk. Neither team got on the scoreboard through the first two innings. The host squad used two second-inning runs and three in the third to pull away. Jacksboro had eight hits and took advantage of four Lady ‘Cat miscues.
Harlee and Hadlee Richardson combined for three hits in the contest. Teagan Reynolds had two hits while Holman aided her cause with a pair of RBIs. Jaci Gann continued a strong tournament with another pair of RBIs for Jacksboro.
Jacksboro faced Boyd in the Saturday semifinal.
