Texas Football makes predictions

While it’s really nothing more than fun to look at, Dave Campbell’s Texas Football is something that many Texans look forward to perusing this time of year.

Much like last year, two of the three Jack County schools are predicted to go to the postseason. A brief summary of both Jack County districts, as Perrin moved down to Class A to join forces with Bryson, follows. 

District 6-3A DII

Jacksboro

After an 11-2, second-place finish a year ago which gave the squad its best season since 2001, the Tigers are picked second behind Comanche in District 6-3A DI. Here’s how Campbell and his staff see that shaking out.
