Bryson hosts Bunny Run March 28

BRYSON – Bryson ISD’s phys ed department is hosting its 2nd Annual Bunny Run and Rabbit Race Wednesday, March 28 at 4 p.m. on the school’s practice field.

The Bunny Run, for grades K-5, will be a combination 1K run and Easter Egg hunt. Children will collect eggs by age group with prizes given to the fastest runners and those that collect the most eggs as well. All participants will receive an event T-shirt with the $15 entry fee.

The Rabbit Run will be a 3K run in four divisions: Grades 6-8, 9-12, adult for ages 18-49 and senior for 50 and older. T-shirts will be given to all participants for the $20 entry fee.

Besides the runs, there will be a number of other activities such as sack races, spoon egg races, egg toss contests and more.

Registration checks can be made out to Bryson ISD with early registration ending March 21. Registration forms and payment can be mailed to Bryson ISD, 300 McCloud St., Bryson 76427, Attn. Chelsea Kincaid.
