B ryson, Perrin track teams head to regionals

Bryson and Perrin’s track teams qualified a number of athletes for regional meets this weekend. 

Bryson’s girls finished third at the area meet in Graford last week. 

The top four in each area event qualify for regionals. Perrin will have regionals in Springtown and Bryson will travel to Whitney.

Makayla Foyt was first in the 300 meter hurdles with a 51.62 time and the trio of Sydney Davidson, Maryum Keyser and Moore were 2-4 in the triple jump with leaps of 32’ 1/2”, 31’6 1/2” and 31’ 1/4”, respectively. Breanna Denton was second in the pole vault with an 8’ try. and was a member of the 400 meter relay team with Davidson, Moore and Hope Guttery which finished third in 54.73.

Davidson was fourth in the 100-meters with a 13.60 time with Taylor Imotichey fourth in the shot put with a 29’ 3 1/2” try.
