Two injured in head-on crash near Perrin
The injuries to both drivers involved in a head-on collision south of Perrin this morning are undisclosed.
The wreck occurred at approximately 7:20 a.m. on US Highway 281 south of the Palo Pinto and Jack County line.
According to information released by the Texas Department of Public Safety, the preliminary investigation indicates a 2013 Ford Expedition driven by 67-year-old Donna Andreatta, of Santo, was traveling north on US 281 and attempted to pass another vehicle in a no passing zone.
The Expedition struck a 2008 Ford Fusion driven by 19-year-old Brady Adair of Perrin traveling south on US 281.
Both were transported by air ambulance to a Fort Worth area hospital.
