Jacksboro council talks budget shortfall

The City of Jacksboro will either come in right at budget or possibly slightly over budget for fi scal year 2015-2016 which ends September 30. City Manager Mike Smith reported to the council at Monday’s regular meeting, the issue stems primarily from a drop in sales tax revenue.
