Getting back to normal
Just another sign things are getting back to normal.
After more than two months of being shut down, Jack County Courthouse reopened Monday morning.
People were ecstatic about the opening as well with large amount of people waiting to get into the tax assessor-collector’s office to pay bills or renew their registration.
“I was glad to have the whole courthouse back open,” Dave Michaelis said. “It gives us old guys a chance to get out of the house and do what needs to be done.”
While waiting to do that, the west side of the courthouse hosted a gathering of businesses. Carter Blood Care had their blood mobile stationed as the blood supply has gotten dangerously low during the pandemic.
