First Farmers Market Saturday

Jacksboro Chamber officials would like to invite everyone to come out for the first monthly Farmer’s Market of 2021, set for Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the downtown square.

Chamber officials said they had about 15 vendors at the end of last week and a few more sign up Monday morning. They are hoping for around 20 by Saturday.

JISD Community Survey

Jacksboro Independent School District officials are looking for the public to fill out a survey with their thoughts on the district.

Assistant Superintendent Brad Burnett said a link to the survey is on the district website for those that wish to take part.
