Hospital Board elects new officers
Faith Community Hospital had the annual reorganization of its Board of Directors during Tuesday’s regular meeting.
After swearing in incumbent and Chairman Shelley Owen, Owen said she could not give as much to the position as she should give with her new job. She then nominated Lori McBrayer as new chairman which was seconded by Larry Hopwood. The motion was approved unanimously.
Edwina Swan and Mark Maples were re-elected to their positions as Vice President and Secretary, respectively.
The new board then decided to keep committee assignments the same as the prior year.
