James Chester Rhodes, Sr., 91, of Graham passed away Saturday, September 17, 2016 in Graham, Texas. Services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Coker Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksboro with burial following at Staggs Prairie Cemetery in Mineral Wells.
