Lauden Clarence Gonce, 81, passed away Oct. 2, in Mineral Wells. The funeral will take place at 3 p.m., Saturday at Perrin Church of Christ. Interment will be at Perrin Cemetery. Visitation is from 6 to 7 p.m., Friday, at White's Funeral Home, 101 N.E. 4th Ave., Mineral Wells. Lauden Clarence Gonce was born Sept. 27, 1932, in Perrin, son of the late Clarence and Eutie Elizabeth Mitchell Gonce. He loved to ride his bicycle and was well-known throughout the community for leading the homecoming parade. Lauden helped out at Pirate's Cove and had a very special relationship with the people there. Lauden was preceded in death by his father in 1971; and his mother in 1985. Survivors included sister, Eula Faye Arrington of Perrin; two nieces; three great-nieces; one great-nephew; and a host of loving Perrin Church of Christ family.
