Clara Mae (Moeller) Erwin, 82, of Jacksboro passed away Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, in Mineral Wells. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, at Silver Hill Cemetery.
Clara was born Nov. 17, 1927, in Lott to the late Emilie and Theo Moeller. She was a longtime member of Hallmark Baptist Church in Fort Worth. Clara lived in Fort Worth from 1941 to 1973, when she moved to Jacksboro. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Thurman Erwin; two brothers; and five sisters. Survivors include four sisters, Dorothy Janicek, Lorene Jones, Virginia Trevino and Evelyn Coufal; long-time friend, Jerry Riddle; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, at Mount Olivet Funeral Home in Fort Worth. |
