According to a press release from the Jacksboro Police department, three young men were arrested Saturday night in the Allsup's parking lot for possession of marijuana, less than two ounces.
Dakota Kundert, 19, Taylor Schmidt, 20, and Justin Vasquez, 20, were transported to the Jack County Jail and arraigned by Jack County Judge Mitchell Davenport Sunday afternoon.
They were charged with a Class B Misdemeanor, which can carry a term of not more than six months in the county jail and a $1,000 fine.
Police Chief Terry McDaniel saw a small glass smoking pipe fall from their Dodge pickup at the store and contacted Officer James Smith to assist.
