The Paradise Historical Society has announced that the local musical group, HeartStrings, will be performing at the Pioneer Paradise Main Street Festival Saturday, Sept. 27.

The HeartStrings is a group of Christian musicians who share their love for the mountain dulcimer and other traditional instruments and the music that is a part of our culture and heritage. They are dedicated to sharing the beauty of their music with the community and in encouraging others to seek the opportunity to learn about the music, instruments and gift of music. The HeartStrings performance is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. on stage in the Fire Hall.

The Paradise Main Street Festival is free to the public beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 27. The festival will include a car show, quilt show, chili-cook-off, fiddlers exhibition, vendors, a ‘rendezvous’ reenactment activity, raffles, silent auction and live auction.
