NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR OIL AND GAS WASTE DISPOSAL WELL PERMIT

Cholla Petroleum, Inc., 5949 Sherry Lane, Suite 850, Dallas, TX 75225
is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of produced salt
water or other oil and gas waste by well injection into a porous formation not productive
of oil and gas. The applicant proposes to dispose of oil and gas waste into the
Ellenburger Formation, Phillips-Sewell Lease, Well Number 4. The proposed disposal
well is located 3 miles East of Jacksboro, Texas in the Jacksboro, SE. (5270) Field in
Jack County. The waste water will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth
interval from 6,000 to 8,000 feet.

Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and
the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT

S. B. Street Operating, Inc. is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil and gas.

The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the Weir Formation, J. B. Cooper Lease, well Number 11.

The proposed injection well is located 5 miles NW of Jacksboro, in the Weir Sand Field, in Jack County.

Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from   2342 to 2350 feet.
