The Jacksboro Tigers used a dominating offensive performance, which saw the home team amass 547 total yards of offense, to blow past the City View Mustangs and win their opening District game by a score of 54-21 on homecoming night.

The Tigers won the opening toss but deferred their option until the second half, giving the City View Mustangs the first offensive opportunity of the evening.

The two teams exchanged punts over the next two possessions but the Tigers got back on the board when Thomas found pay dirt for the third time on a 60-yard run that pushed the Tiger lead to 20-0.
