The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the Gunsight formation, Matlock-Fullerton lease, Well number 18. The proposed well is located 5 miles southwest of Antelope in the Jack County Regular Field in Jack County, Texas.  Fluid will be injected in strata in the subsurface depth interval from 490 to 498 feet.
