Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation, 2201 Kell Blvd., Wichita Falls TX 76308 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is not productive of oil and gas.

The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the Ellenburger formation, Beall Lease, Well Number SWD#1.   The proposed injection well is located 7.3 miles southeast of Bryson in the S.A.O.C. (Ellenburger) field ,in Jack County.  Fluid will be injected into the strata in the subsurface depth interval from 5200 to 7800 feet.
